Welcome to Radiant Experience L.L.C. My name is Briana Shaw, and I am the proud CEO and creative force behind this vibrant brand. From a young age, my passion for hair has been a constant source of inspiration. With my mother providing me with the tools to hone my craft, I spent countless hours practicing and perfecting my skills. Watching my aunt braid my sister’s and my hair ignited my desire to create beautiful styles, which has since evolved into a fulfilling career. During high school, I began exploring the world of hair more deeply, mastering techniques in sew-ins, braids, and natural hair care. My journey led me to discover my love for braiding and color, and I am now a licensed braider and a barber student dedicated to continual learning and growth in the industry. At Radiant Experience, my mission is to create a welcoming and uplifting environment where every client feels comfortable, beautiful, and empowered. Cancellation Policy
Radiant Experience | Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Radiant Experience. My goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, professional, and elevated salon experience. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date when at least 48 hours' notice is given before your scheduled appointment.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A $15 late fee will be added to appointments when clients arrive 15 minutes late.
Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes unless prior communication has been made and I am able to accommodate the delay.
Travel Appointments
Mobile appointments are available on Wednesdays and occasionally Thursdays when announced.
A $30 travel fee will be added to all mobile appointments.
Sunday Appointments
Sunday appointments are available by request and include a $50 convenience fee in addition to the cost of your service.
Guests
To maintain a peaceful, professional environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are also receiving a service.
