Welcome to Radiant Experience L.L.C. My name is Briana Shaw, and I am the proud CEO and creative force behind this vibrant brand. From a young age, my passion for hair has been a constant source of inspiration. With my mother providing me with the tools to hone my craft, I spent countless hours practicing and perfecting my skills. Watching my aunt braid my sister’s and my hair ignited my desire to create beautiful styles, which has since evolved into a fulfilling career. During high school, I began exploring the world of hair more deeply, mastering techniques in sew-ins, braids, and natural hair care. My journey led me to discover my love for braiding and color, and I am now a licensed braider and a barber student dedicated to continual learning and growth in the industry. At Radiant Experience, my mission is to create a welcoming and uplifting environment where every client feels comfortable, beautiful, and empowered. Cancellation Policy

Radiant Experience | Booking Etiquette To ensure every client receives a serene and elevated experience, please review the following: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. A $10 late fee will apply after 15 minutes. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will result in appointment cancellation. To preserve a peaceful atmosphere, no additional guests are permitted unless they are being serviced. A $30 travel fee applies to all mobile appointments. Thank you for your understanding and for allowing me to provide you with a beautifully curated experience.
