Welcome to Radiant Experience L.L.C. My name is Briana Shaw, and I am the proud CEO and creative force behind this vibrant brand. From a young age, my passion for hair has been a constant source of inspiration. With my mother providing me with the tools to hone my craft, I spent countless hours practicing and perfecting my skills. Watching my aunt braid my sister’s and my hair ignited my desire to create beautiful styles, which has since evolved into a fulfilling career. During high school, I began exploring the world of hair more deeply, mastering techniques in sew-ins, braids, and natural hair care. My journey led me to discover my love for braiding and color, and I am now a licensed braider and a barber student dedicated to continual learning and growth in the industry. At Radiant Experience, my mission is to create a welcoming and uplifting environment where every client feels comfortable, beautiful, and empowered. Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Booking Policies Deposits: $25 for general services; for loc extensions, deposits are 50% of the total amount. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for another date. Hair: Included with all services in the following colors: 1, 1B, 2, and 4. Shampoo and Conditioner: Included with all services except Braids. Hair must be free of all oils and product.These can be added for an additional $25 Late Fee: A late fee of $10 will be applied 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes. Same-Day Bookings: No same-day bookings are permitted. Booking Cut-Off: The cut-off time for bookings is 8 PM; bookings will not be accepted after this time. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. No Call/No Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notification will result in the inability to book future appointments. 50% of service will be charged Guest Policy: No extra guests are allowed; parents must drop off children. Sunday Appointments: An additional fee of $40 applies to Sunday bookings.
